What is an informer?

The informers are people or entities that maintain contact with elderly people who own homes and who may be interested in the services offered by Mas Vida.

As a Mas Vida informer, he or she will approach those elderly people with whom he or she is in contact, to inform them and explain the services offered by the company. You will receive financial compensation for your customer acquisition work.

Requirements

To become an informer, the following requirements must be met:

1. Maintaining contact with older people
2. To have a general knowledge of the services we offer at Mas Vida.
3. A high degree of empathy and an unquestionable human value are a prerequisite as a basis for collaboration.

What are the tasks of an informer?

Contacto

The informant communicates to potential interested parties the services we offer and collects their data through the Mas Vida form.

Reunión

At Mas Vida we contact them and arrange a face-to-face meeting.

Elaboración de propuesta

From the central services in Madrid we issue an appraisal of the property and prepare the sales proposal. We then took care of the photographic report of the property.

Presentación

We then present the investment opportunity to our portfolio of investors, manage the signing of the private purchase contract (earnest money contract) between the parties and take care of all the necessary formalities until the transaction is formalised before a notary public.
