Freehold means full ownership of an asset, such as a house. Full ownership means that a person is the owner of an asset and has full use of it.

At the same time, the freehold is divided into:

Usufruct

Right to use and enjoy an asset owned by a person (usufructuary) without being the owner.

Bare Ownership

Right of a person (bare owner) to owning an asset, without being able to enjoy it.

 

How to profit from the sale of the bare property?

With the sale of the bare ownership of a property you will be able to meet those expenses that until now were not within your reach and continue to enjoy your home forever.

Real Estate Life Annuity

Thanks to a previously stipulated monthly payment, you will be able to meet those expenses that were previously out of your reach and continue to enjoy your home forever.

Sale of bare property

With the sale of the bare ownership you will receive a lump sum at the beginning of the transaction and you will continue to have the use of your house for life.

Sale with Guaranteed Rent

The sale with guaranteed rent allows you to get rid of all the costs of being a landlord by becoming a tenant for life in your own home.

Reverse mortgage

With a reverse mortgage you will receive a lump sum down payment, a monthly rent or a combination of both and retain ownership and usufruct of the home. In addition, you will not have to repay the mortgage during your lifetime if you choose to do so.
